PROGRAM REGULATION: Zdrowotel  Łeba REGULAR GUEST

The Organiser of the Zdrowotel Łeba REGULAR GUEST Program is Przedsiębiorstwo Turystyczne Mazowsze Sp. z o.o., the owner of Zdrowotel Łeba with the registered office in Łeba, 15 / 17 Nadmorska street, country – Poland.
The Zdrowotel  Łeba REGULAR GUEST Program is meant for persons who at least once made a reservation directly at the reception or the sales department of the centre and then they stayed in Zdrowotel Łeba  in Łeba.
The Regulations determine rights and duties of the Participants.
§ 1. General provisions
1.1 A Member of the Zdrowotel  Łeba REGULAR GUEST Program participates in the program personally and his membership is not transferable.
1.2 One person is entitled to only single membership rights.
1.3 The rights associated with the Zdrowotel  Łeba REGULAR GUEST Program cannot be sold, transferred, or disposed of in any other way and cannot be the object of any other activities, except for the ones set out in this Regulations of the Program.
1.4 Only the Participant holding a Discount Card and  his/her accompanying persons are entitled to discounts. 
§ 2.  Participation in the Program
 2.1  In the Zdrowotel  Łeba REGULAR GUEST Program can participate: - a natural person, having the full capacity for legal actions, - a natural person under 18, exclusively upon his or her parent’s or legal guardian’s consent.
2.2 In order to enter the Zdrowotel  Łeba REGULAR GUEST Program you should fill in and sign the application form. Then, the interested person receives a Card.
2.3 The Program participant can have only one discount Card.
2.4 Filling in the form, the Participant gives consent to the use of his/her personal data for the realization of this Program as well as for the marketing needs of the Organiser.
Notice: we always respect the privacy of all our guests. The personal data given during the registration are protected according to the binding law and not published to the third parties. The membership declaration is signed with Przedsiębiorstwo Turystyczne Mazowsze Sp. z o.o., which stores Your data safely. Thanks to the personal details given during registration, we can identify the participant of the programme and we are sure that each user is registered in the program only once.
§ 3. Participant’s Card
3.1 The Participant entering into the Zdrowotel Łeba REGULAR GUEST Program receives theZdrowotel  Łeba REGULAR GUEST Card.
3.2  The discount Card entitles to buying hotel and food services with 10 % discount and to 10 % discount for parking services, as well as 5 % discount for drink-bar and shopping in the shop of the Zdrowotel Łeba centre.
3.3 The Participant of the program is obliged to immediate inform the Organiser about the fact of the theft or loss in other way of the discount Card.
3.4 In case of notifying about theft or loss of the Card, as well as in case of damaging the Card, only the Participant is entitled to apply for issuing the duplicate.
3.5  The Participant’s Card is not transferable and remains the property of the Organiser.
3.6  The Participant’s Card is valid during the Participant’s participation in the Program.
§ 4. Realisation of the discounts
4.1The Organiser has the exclusive right to decide which goods and services are covered by the Zdrowotel Łeba REGULAR GUEST Program.
4.2 Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany zasady przyznawania rabatów.
4.3 In order to have the discount granted, the Participant is obliged to submit the Card to the employee of the reception, bar or shop, before purchasing the goods covered by the programme.

4.5 The realisation of the discount takes place after handing over to the seller the Zdrowotel Łeba REGULAR GUEST Discount Card before making transactions.
§ 5. Price discount
5.1 The Organiser reserves the right to verify the identity documents of the Program Participants at the moment of the discount realization in the point of sale.
5.2 The price Discount cannot be joined with other promotions and rebates in the centre.
5.3 The Organiser can at any moment change or annul the amount of the price discount granted to the Participant.
§ 6.  Loss of the status of the Zdrowotel Łeba REGULAR GUEST Program Participant
6.1 The organiser can exclude the Participant from the “Discount Card” Program with immediate effect:
a)  if the Participant does not adhere to the Regulations of the Program,
b) if the Participant delivered not his/her document confirming the entitlements or he/she passed himself/herself off as other person towards the Organiser.
6.2 The participation in the Program is for life.
6.3 The Participant can at any time resign from the participation in the Program, by submitting the appropriate written declaration to the Organiser, with the Participant’s signature. At the moment of its delivery, the Account of the Participant is closed.
§ 7. End of the Zdrowotel Łeba REGULAR GUEST Program
7.1 The Organiser reserves the right to suspend or end the Zdrowotel Łeba REGULAR GUEST Program at any time.
7.2 In case of suspension or ending of the Program, the Organiser is obliged to put the information about the suspension or ending of the Zdrowotel Łeba REGULAR GUEST Program at the reception desk and on the website www.zdrowotel.pl
