The preliminary confirmation of a reservation through our site is issuing the RESERVATION CONFIRMATION in a written or electronic form, in which we oblige to the payment of the earnest money in order to gain your confirmation.
The amount of the earnest money: Holiday stay, Rehabilitation camps and packages - about 25 % for persons with co-financing.
Our Guests confirm their reservations by a timely payment of the earnest money, which means 100% confirmation of the reservation and does not require any additional confirmation. In case of lack of the payment, the reservation is automatically annulled.
The health resort Visitors confirm their reservations by a timely payment of the earnest money, which means 100% confirmation of the reservation and does not require any additional confirmation. In case of lack of the payment, the reservation is automatically annulled. There is issued an invoice for the earnest money to the payer, unless in contents of the transfer there are provided the data of the invoice recipient. If you pay the earnest money for a few people settling up individually, we ask for separate payments with the data for an invoice.
