This standard includes four one-storey pavilions.

14 studios (2+2) with a rollaway bed
68 double rooms
5 triple rooms, including 2 rooms adjusted for wheelchair users.
In almost all rooms there is a double couch, thanks to which a stay of an additional person is possible. In each room there is a bathroom, a balcony, TV, a telephone, a kettle, a fridge, a beach shelter and a blanket. All rooms are with north view windows.
